Justice for Madeleine – Let Her Speak Out campaign
(A work in progress)
“Here I stand with no child in sight”.
In my view, The McCanns should go back to Portugal and answer the questions put to them by the PJ. That is, as Madeleine is a ward of court, she is entitled to her human rights. I am surprised that nobody argued or took into consideration Madeleine’s human rights within the Human Rights Act and the Declaration under the Convention. “Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person”. There is no evidence of any abduction or abductor. There is evidence that there was no break-in. Put that on a scale of justice. The PJ believe that the McCanns hold the answers to their unasked questions. If they have nothing to hide then they have nothing to fear.
Justice what does it mean?
Human rights and responsibilities:
“What are rights? Are we born with them or do we acquire them?
Now think about the rights of children everywhere”.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
“The Universial Declaration of Human Rights says that all people wherever they live, should be able to live safely, in freedom and peace”.
Originally, this was just an agreement between member states and “not as a law, but as a statement to the whole world about how peoples, organisations and governments should behave towards each other. It is the responsibility of every individual, and every government to honour this Declaration in order to safeguard freedom and justice and, therefore, the future happiness and dignity of all people. You could say that this is one of the top priorities of our time”.
The Human Rights Act (1998):
Clarence Mitchell tipped off the McCanns to Portuguese police monitoring
